His departure is amicable, with no disagreements over company matters. The board is actively seeking his replacement, considering both internal and external candidates. J. Scott Dixon will fill the interim CFO role, bringing over 10 years of experience within the company and a strong background in accounting and finance, including a key role in the company’s IPO.
