Centurion Corporation Limited has announced a series of board and board committee changes effective 12 February 2026, as part of its board renewal and transition plan. Independent non-executive director Tan Poh Hong will become Lead Independent Director, chair the Audit Committee, and join the Nominating Committee, while relinquishing the chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Fellow independent director Lee Wei Loon will assume the chair of the Remuneration Committee, and Nicholas Kong Ming Leong will chair the Nominating Committee and join the Audit Committee, with adjustments to their other committee memberships. The company has also appointed Frank Khoo Shao Hong as an independent non-executive director and Remuneration Committee member, while long-serving independent director Owi Kek Hean steps down from his lead and committee roles ahead of his planned retirement in April 2026 under SGX rules capping independent director tenure at nine years.
