Centurion Corporation Expands Student Housing in Hong Kong

Centurion Corporation Limited (SG:OU8) has released an update.

Centurion Corporation Limited, through its subsidiary Centurion-Lionrock (HK) Limited, has signed a master lease for 15 floors of a Hong Kong property intended to be renovated into a student accommodation with 89 beds, located near major universities. The property will operate under the Group’s dwell student accommodation brand, with renovations expected to complete by September 2024. This strategic move aligns with the Group’s global expansion strategy and is not anticipated to materially affect its financial results for the year.
