Centuria Industrial REIT reported a slight decrease in total revenue by 0.48% for the year ending June 2024, compared to the previous year, while funds from operations saw a modest increase of 1.08%. Notably, the net profit for the period attributable to members showed a significant turnaround, posting a 162.85% increase after the previous year’s loss. The company declared consistent quarterly distributions of 4.000 cents per unit throughout the year and maintained its interests in several joint venture entities.
