Centuria Capital Group has announced a significant change in director Joanne Dawson’s interests, with the acquisition of 50,000 fully paid ordinary stapled securities through an on-market purchase. These securities, acquired at $1.9225 each by Monostar Pty Ltd as trustee for the JAGMAH Trust, mark the initiation of Dawson’s direct financial stake in the company.
