Centrica PLC has continued its share buyback program, purchasing 1,650,080 shares on August 27, 2024, through Goldman Sachs International, at an average price of 127.7300 pence per share. These shares will be added to the company’s treasury holdings, contributing to a total cost of over £10 million for shares bought back since August 8, 2024. Following this transaction, Centrica PLC holds over 442 million treasury shares, with more than 5 billion shares remaining in issue.
