Centrica PLC has repurchased 916,840 of its own shares at an average price of 117.47 pence per share as part of its ongoing buyback program, which began in August 2024. This recent acquisition brings the total number of shares bought back to over 92 million, costing approximately £111.75 million. The shares are held in treasury, leaving Centrica with over 5 billion shares outstanding.
