Centrica PLC has continued its share buyback program, purchasing 245,179 ordinary shares on September 4, 2024, at an average price of 122.7700 pence per share, which will be held as treasury shares. Since the initiation of the buyback on August 8, 2024, Centrica has acquired over 11 million shares, spending approximately £14.48 million. The company now holds close to 446 million shares in treasury out of over 5 billion issued shares, excluding those in treasury.
