Centrica PLC has announced the purchase of 255,395 of its own ordinary shares on September 18, 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated on August 8, 2024. The shares were bought at an average price of 117.8100 pence per share and will be held as treasury shares. To date, the company has acquired a total of 17,285,001 shares under this program, spending over £21.5 million.
