Central Wealth Group Holdings Limited has announced a delay in the despatch of a circular regarding their JV Agreement due to the need for additional time to finalize the business and production plan details. The circular, initially expected by 30 August 2024, is now anticipated to be released on or before 29 November 2024. The company reassures shareholders that the delay will not have adverse impacts as no deposits have been made under the agreement.
