Central Wealth Group Holdings Limited announced the termination of a Sale and Purchase Agreement, resulting in the cancellation of relevant promissory notes without interest payments. The company executed an offsetting arrangement with the Bright Joy Vendors, allowing part of the consideration for acquiring 51% of Bright Joy Investment Limited to be offset against the cash portion paid under the terminated agreement. This offsetting, deemed fair and reasonable by the company, was completed on February 25, 2025, prior to the formal termination on March 31, 2025.
