Central Wealth Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of their auditor, Moore CPA Limited, due to a disagreement over fees. The company’s board, with the audit committee’s approval, has appointed KTC Partners CPA Limited as the new auditor to serve until the next annual general meeting.
