CENTRAL REIT Investment Corporation has arranged new borrowings totaling 5.3 billion yen, comprising a 3.8 billion yen short-term unsecured loan and a 1.5 billion yen long-term unsecured loan from a syndicate of Japanese banks at floating rates tied to JBA one-month yen TIBOR. These loans will increase the REIT’s total interest-bearing liabilities from 19.9 billion yen to 25.2 billion yen and are scheduled for drawdown on March 30, 2026.
