Central Petroleum Extends Gas Supply Agreement Timeline

Horizon Oil Limited (AU:HZN) has released an update.

Central Petroleum Limited has extended the condition precedent date for its gas supply agreement to Arafura’s Nolans rare earths project from December 31, 2024, to February 4, 2025. This extension provides additional time for Central, an established onshore gas operator in the Northern Territory, to finalize its plans. The company aims to strengthen its position as a major domestic energy supplier.
