Central Petroleum Director Boosts Shareholding

Central Petroleum Limited (AU:CTP) has released an update.

Central Petroleum Limited has announced that Director Stephen William Gardiner has significantly increased his stake in the company by exercising 386,182 share rights, received under the company’s Employee Rights Plan and 2024 Non-Executive Director Offer. This transaction, approved at the 2023 Annual General Meeting, brings Gardiner’s total holding to 765,222 ordinary fully paid shares, with no disposals reported and the consideration for the shares being nil.
