Central China Securities Co., Ltd. has announced its decision to appoint ShineWing Certified Public Accountants for reviewing its interim report for 2024, following the suspension of its previous firm, Da Hua, by regulatory authorities. ShineWing will be compensated RMB250,000 for their services, and the appointment is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting scheduled for August 9, 2024. Additionally, the company’s register of members will be closed from August 6 to August 9, 2024, for the purposes of the meeting.
