Central China Securities Co., Ltd. is set to hold its first extraordinary general meeting of 2024 on August 9th in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, where they will discuss the approval of a new accounting firm for reviewing their interim report. Shareholders are reminded that the transfer of H Shares will be suspended from August 6th to 9th, and those wishing to vote by proxy must submit their forms one day prior to the meeting.
