Central China Securities Extends Key Financial Agreements

Central China Securities Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:1375) has released an update.

Central China Securities Co., Ltd. has announced new agreements with Henan Investment Group and Equity Exchange Co., extending their partnership for another three years starting January 2025. These agreements involve continuing connected transactions under the Securities and Financial Services Framework, subject to Hong Kong Listing Rules. The transactions will be reported and reviewed annually but are exempt from circular and independent shareholders’ approval.
