Central China Securities Co., Ltd. has announced the distribution of an interim dividend for the first half of 2024 at RMB0.06 per ten shares, which will be paid in Renminbi to A Shareholders and in Hong Kong Dollars to H Shareholders based on a fixed exchange rate. The H Share register will be closed from September 16 to September 20, 2024, for dividend entitlement, with payments expected by October 25, 2024. Additionally, the company provided details on the applicable enterprise income tax and individual income tax for H Shareholders, as well as information on possible tax reductions or exemptions under certain conditions.
