Central China New Life Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Wan Shun Man from his positions as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from 16 September 2024. There are no reported disagreements or issues concerning his resignation. Mr. Tam Kok Ching, with over 12 years in corporate finance and auditing, has been appointed to take over the roles vacated by Mr. Wan.
