Central China New Life Ltd. has announced the resignation of Ms. Wu Lam Li as a non-executive director, effective from 19 June 2024, due to her desire to focus on personal commitments. Following her departure, the company has withdrawn the resolution related to her re-election, which was scheduled for the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on 28 June 2024.
