Central China Management Company Limited has appointed Prism Hong Kong Limited as its new auditor to fill the vacancy left by the former auditor SHINEWING, with the change effective from 15 October 2024. The Audit Committee selected Prism based on their expertise, independence, and ability to meet audit timelines for listed companies, aiming to ensure the company’s interests align with shareholders’. The company also plans to announce the anticipated publication dates for its pending annual and interim financial reports.
