CENTR Brands Corp. has announced plans to extend the expiration dates of over 10 million common share purchase warrants, with new expiry dates ranging from 2025 to 2026. The warrants, issued on various dates, allow holders to purchase shares at $1.75 or $1.00 each. Additionally, the company mentioned the convertibility of its unsecured debentures into equity securities, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
