CENTR Brands Corp. successfully completed a private placement of unsecured convertible debentures, raising $100,000 for corporate and working capital needs. The debentures have a one-year maturity with a 10% annual interest rate and are convertible into equity prior to maturity. An insider participated in the placement, which was conducted in accordance with regulatory exemptions.
