Centogene (CNTGF) has released an update.
Centogene N.V. has announced that EY GmbH will not continue as the company’s auditor for the fiscal year ending in 2024, with no disagreements or reportable events influencing the decision, despite noting the company’s recurring losses and doubts about its ability to continue. The company’s Audit Committee is actively seeking a new accounting firm to handle future audits. The financial statements from EY for the past two years did not contain any adverse opinions but did highlight material weaknesses in internal controls, previously disclosed in Centogene’s Form 20-F.
