Centaurus Metals Director Increases Stake

Centaurus Metals Limited (AU:CTM) has released an update.

Centaurus Metals Limited has announced a change in the interests of Director Darren Peter Gordon, reporting an increase in his indirect holdings through the Gordon Family Trust and the D&N Gordon Superannuation Fund. As of 29 May 2024, Darren Peter Gordon has acquired an additional 1,163,136 unlisted options, while maintaining his 7,177,025 ordinary shares, following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
