Centaurus Metals Director Adjusts Shareholding

Centaurus Metals Limited (AU:CTM) has released an update.

Centaurus Metals Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Darren Peter Gordon, who recently exercised 250,000 unlisted options, resulting in an acquisition of the same number of ordinary shares at a value of $101,250. Following this transaction, Gordon now holds 7,427,025 ordinary shares and 2,287,686 unlisted options in the company. The change in director’s interest has been officially filed with the ASX as per the regulatory requirements.
