Centaur Media Executives Granted Long-Term Incentives

Centaur Media (GB:CAU) has released an update.

Centaur Media Plc has disclosed the granting of nil-cost option awards to five top executives under the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan 2016. The awards, which total over 3 million shares, will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date if performance conditions are met and the executives remain in service. These incentives are part of the company’s strategy to align management’s interests with those of shareholders and drive long-term performance.
