Centaur Media PLC has revealed that Colin Jones will not seek reappointment as Chair after his term ends on September 1, 2024, though he will stay until a successor is found. Jones has been credited with steering Centaur’s transformation into an international business intelligence and learning provider, leaving it poised for continued revenue growth and investment in high-growth areas under its new BIG27 strategy. The official date of Jones’s departure will be announced following the company’s adherence to Listing Rules.
