Cenntro Electric Group Limited has announced the postponement of a key court hearing to February 16, 2024, as part of its strategic plan to redomicile from Australia to the United States, becoming a subsidiary of a new U.S. company. Shareholders have the opportunity to participate in the hearing and may contest the proposed scheme of arrangement. If approved, the company aims to finalize the redomiciliation process by February 27, 2024, with the updated schedule available on their website.
