Edmond Cheng, CFO of Cenntro Inc., chose not to renew his employment agreement, ending his service on March 1, 2024, with no company disagreements cited. He will stay on as an advisor until March 31. Edward Ye steps in as the acting CFO, bringing experience from his tenure at Deloitte and academic credentials from Hong Kong Baptist University and Bayes Business School. His appointment fills the gap left by Cheng, offering continuity in Cenntro’s financial leadership.
