Cemex S.A.B. de C.V. announced a cash dividend totaling USD $120 million, to be distributed in four equal installments, with the first payment of USD $30 million scheduled for June 18, 2024. Shareholders on record as of June 17 will receive dividends, which will be paid in Mexican Pesos at the Bank of Mexico’s exchange rate on June 14. This dividend is issued from Cemex’s Net Tax Profit Account and will not be subject to tax withholding.
