Cemex SAB (CX) has released an update.
Cemex S.A.B. de C.V., a major player in the construction industry, has announced that it will be paying the second installment of a previously declared cash dividend, totaling USD $30 million. The payment date for this dividend installment is set for September 17, 2024, for holders of Ordinary Participation Certificates and bearer shares, with American Depositary Shareholders receiving payment shortly after, on September 24, 2024. Investors are attracted to this payout as the dividend proceeds from the Net Tax Profit Account and will be tax-free for recipients.
