CEMATRIX Corporation, a leading North American manufacturer of advanced cellular concrete products, has successfully completed a $6.6 million private placement. The funds raised are intended to bolster sales growth and provide working capital. The offering, which involved issuing units at $0.45 each, also included common share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.60 over the next 24 months.
