Celtic PLC has announced that shareholders can now receive ordinary shares instead of cash dividends through its Scrip Dividend Scheme for the financial year ending June 30, 2024, with the scrip dividend set at 176.6p per share and payable on August 30, 2024. Shareholders interested in opting for the scheme must contact Computershare Investor Services Plc for a mandate form and submit it by August 8, 2024. The number of shares to be issued will be determined post the election deadline.
