Celsius Resources Ltd. has appointed Mr. Mark van Kerkwijk as the Executive Director for Investor Relations to strengthen communication with shareholders and support the development of the key Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog Mining Project. Peter Hume transitions from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director, focusing on the MCB Project’s conditions, while Mark’s strategic insights and experience in various sectors aim to enhance the company’s transition from exploration to development. The reshuffle also sees the departure of two Non-Executive Directors, Michael Hulmes and Simon Farrell, as part of cost-cutting measures.
