Celsius Resources Ltd. has announced that Silvercorp Metals Inc. has elected to exercise its participation right, subscribing to additional new shares and options of Celsius under a recent equity agreement. This strategic move will inject A$183,667 into Celsius Resources, with the funds earmarked for advancing key projects in the Philippines and supporting corporate functions. The new shares are set to be admitted to trading on the AIM around September 30, 2024.
