The latest update is out from Celsius Resources ( (AU:CLA) ).
Celsius Resources Limited has successfully completed a placing to raise gross proceeds of £0.53 million by issuing 106,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.5 pence per share. The shares will be admitted to trading on AIM, with dealings expected to commence on or around 17 November 2025. This development is part of Celsius’s strategic financial maneuvers to bolster its capital structure, with the new shares being issued under the company’s pre-existing share capital authorities, thus not requiring additional shareholder approval.
