Cellnex Telecom has announced the appointment of Mr. Óscar Fanjul Martín as the new Chairman of the Board, succeeding Ms. Anne Bouverot following her resignation due to a new role assigned by the French President. Fanjul, a member of the company since June 2023, brings extensive multinational management experience to the position. The Board expressed gratitude to Bouverot for her significant contributions to Cellnex’s development and governance since 2018.
