CEC International Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 26, 2024, where they will adopt the latest audited financial statements and address the re-election of directors and the remuneration for both directors and auditors. The AGM will also include special resolutions to authorize the board to issue additional shares and securities, with a cap at 20% of the current issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
