CDL Hospitality Trusts has announced the issuance of 1,743,940 stapled securities to their managers as payment for 80% of the management fees for Q2 2024, at an issue price of S$0.9556 per security. This issuance is in line with the terms of their trust deeds, based on the average market price, leading to a new total of 1,255,127,590 stapled securities in circulation.
