CDL Hospitality Trusts has declared the issuance of 6,083,613 new stapled securities as payment for management fees. This move pays the performance and base management fees for CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and CDL Hospitality Business Trust managers, based on net property income. The issuance increases the total stapled securities count to 1,253,383,650 as of the announcement date.
