China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co Ltd Class H ( (HK:1606) ) has provided an announcement.

China Development Bank Financial Leasing has entered into a finance lease deal with Ningxia Zecheng New Energy, involving wind power generation equipment in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region valued at about RMB1.97 billion. Under the arrangement, the leasing company will buy the assets from the lessee for RMB1.62 billion and lease them back over 132 months, reflecting its continued push into renewable energy-related leasing.

The transaction, classified as a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong listing rules, comprises lease principal equal to the purchase price and about RMB320 million in lease interest, to be repaid quarterly in RMB.
