CCT Fortis Holdings Limited has successfully completed the sale of its entire equity interests in a subsidiary, as detailed in their June 13, 2024 announcement. With the completion of this transaction on June 18, 2024, the subsidiary will no longer be part of the CCT Fortis Group, and its financial results will cease to be included in the Group’s consolidated financial statements.
