CCMI Set to Expand Portfolio with Strategic Acquisition

Story Highlights

Braveheart Resources (TSE:CCMI) has released an update.

Canadian Critical Minerals Inc. (CCMI) is poised to diversify its mining portfolio through a significant transaction where QC Copper and Gold has proposed the acquisition of all shares of Cuprum Corp, which owns the Thierry Mine project, in an all-share deal. The successful deal would make QC Copper one of Canada’s major resource developers and allow CCMI to concentrate on its Bull River Mine while gaining a strategic stake in QC Copper. The transaction is currently under review, with approvals pending, and is expected to close by the end of December 2024.
