C&C Group Plc has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 15, 2024, at the Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport. Shareholders have been informed that the Annual Report and AGM circular are available online and have been encouraged to submit their proxy voting forms electronically if unable to attend. Shareholder questions can be submitted via email prior to the day before the AGM, with responses to be provided at the meeting or by email.
