C&C Group Plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 101,500 of its own shares at an average price of 161.84p on the London Stock Exchange. This move is part of their ongoing share buyback program valued at up to €15 million, set to continue until January 2025. Following this transaction, C&C will have 384,063,439 ordinary shares in issue.
