C&C Group Plc has initiated a share buyback program, purchasing 100,000 of its own shares on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 145.41p per share. This move is part of the company’s plan to buy back shares worth up to €15 million by January 2025. The cancellation of these shares will reduce the total number of shares in circulation to approximately 381.5 million.
