C&C Group Boosts Profit Amid Revenue Challenges

C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.

C&C Group Plc reported a 29% increase in underlying operating profit for the first half of 2024, despite a 3% decline in net revenue due to the sale of its non-core soft drinks business and lower cider volumes. The company achieved double-digit growth in its premium brands and maintained strong market positions for its core brands, Tennent’s and Bulmers. C&C remains committed to returning €150 million to shareholders over three years, underscoring its robust financial health and strategic focus as it navigates challenging market conditions.
