Andrew Andrea, the Chief Financial and Transformation Officer of C&C Group Plc, has been awarded 404,411 nil cost options under the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan. These options will vest over a three-year period from FY2025 to FY2027, based on the achievement of performance conditions relating to earnings, shareholder returns, and environmental metrics, with a minimum vesting threshold set at 25%. Following the vesting period, there’s an additional two-year holding period for Executive Directors’ awards.
